Sour Fish Curry

This is a special dish. Since it is made from fish so it is rich in 3 amino acids and thus very good not only for heart but also for the vascular system. Since fish are low in saturated fats and thus is good for those who are weight conscious people. This is a special kind of fish curry because when it is made it is dry and is not like other dishes which have lots of liquid. The kids love this fish and the finished dish looks very pleasing to eye.

This looks really good except for the fish (which I can't stand!) I'll try it with chicken, though! All the spices sound delicious! :) Voted up and interesting!

Thanks Peggy for your continued support. Curry leaves are mainly used for the aroma. So if you do not have them you can omit using it.

This sour fish curry sounds so good to me. Gave it 5 stars. The only thing that I would have a hard time finding would be the twig of curry leaves. I do however have powdered curry. How much would you substitute for the leaves in this recipe? Up, useful and will share with my followers. Anyone who loves spicy fish dishes should love this. :)
