The Healthiest Cereal Recipe

* 1-2 Tablespoon Grated coconut
* 1 g Vanilla extract
1- Wash the wheat seeds, and soak it overnight to allow the surrounding sheath to peel off.
2- On the second day, boil the wheat and add hot water every time the water evaporates, until the seeds are as soft as can be eaten.
3- Boil the milk and add it to the hot seeds and allow the mixture to boil again.
4- Add the crushed nuts and the grated coconut and mix.
5- Add vanilla extract for flavor.
6- When serving, add honey to sweeten( normally 2-3 teaspoons to each serving but you can make your preference).
7- For tasty serving, you can add 10 g butter to every serving, but again if you prefer healthier food do not add it.
8- You can adjust additives to match your taste.

*5-6 medium Globe eggplants (about 5-6 pounds)
*4 medium onions, chopped
*3 cups of chopped ripe tomatoes with juice (or canned tomatoes)
*1 garlic pulp, all cloves intact
*1 or 2 tablespoon of pine nuts
*1/2 teaspoon pepper
*3-4 whole cloves
*1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
*1/8 teaspoon of ground allspice
*2 bay leaves
*1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
*3 tablespoons of tomato paste
*1 chicken cube (4g) (vegetarians have to manage for the taste)
*1.5-2 cups of water
1- Wash eggplants and trim off stems.
2- Cut off 1/2-inch wide strips of the skin lengthwise, leaving about an inch in between, all around the eggplant, then cut eggplant lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices.
3- Put slices in a large bowl or on a tray, sprinkle liberally with salt and let them sit for 30 minutes. Salting removes any bitterness and absorbs some of the natural liquids.
4- Rinse well, drain, and pat dry. Brush slices lightly on both sides with olive oil and run them under the broiler on an un-greased cookie sheet until lightly browned and soft. Remove and set aside to cool.
5- Preheat the frying pan or skillet over low heat. When the pan is hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and increase the heat to medium low. Sauté the onions with a wooden spoon, until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, pine nuts, salt (consider salt content of the cubes), pepper, garlic, cinnamon, bay leaves, allspice, vinegar, and tomato paste, and mix well.
6- When dry, remove the bay leaves and cinnamon stick (if used).
7- Add the chicken cube to the water for about 10 minutes to make froth.
8- Add the froth to the eggplant and the sauce mixture, then leave over a medium heat until it acquires some thick consistency.
9- Put it down and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes. Moussaka is traditionally eaten warm, not hot, and can also be eaten at room temperature. -It can be completely cooked and cooled, then frozen and reheated.
With toast it can be eaten as snacks.
