As soon as my son gets home from son the first thing he wants is a snack. Well, after years of potato chips or popcorn, I have started to give him fresh fruit and healthier snacks but I found this "healthier" snack option as a more fulfilling snack which was better. Check out this video, easy snack but better yet, I have used this same snack as an appetizer and was it ever a bigger hit at the parties. People do like to eat healthy at these parties and my appetizer was the first to be eaten up. Try it for a snack or for a party "cocktail" it works for either event.

One recipe that I have tried (finally) after I watched the attached video is how to make "good" quesadillas, well it's not quite like the Mexican restaurant but I will tell you that it is good.
