As soon as my son gets home from son the first thing he wants is a snack. Well, after years of potato chips or popcorn, I have started to give him fresh fruit and healthier snacks but I found this "healthier" snack option as a more fulfilling snack which was better. Check out this video, easy snack but better yet, I have used this same snack as an appetizer and was it ever a bigger hit at the parties. People do like to eat healthy at these parties and my appetizer was the first to be eaten up. Try it for a snack or for a party "cocktail" it works for either event.
One recipe that I have tried (finally) after I watched the attached video is how to make "good" quesadillas, well it's not quite like the Mexican restaurant but I will tell you that it is good. Very good in fact, follow the same instructions, add healthy ingredients. be creative, there is no rule, add what you like and there you have it, an excellent quesadilla that is healthy and taste great! Great for family dinner night!
