It may actually depend on your genes? If your forefathers and parents drank a lot of coffee, I believe that it can filter through to younger generations. For example, I am not a fan of coffee and tea; however, if you look through into my genealogy, my parents do not drink tea or coffee but I am not sure about my grandparents. Okay, I know it is another way of looking at things but I like to take a different angle on the obvious.

Coffee is great! With the 1000's of chemicals in coffee, I suppose we are all addicted to one or more of them lol. Personally I really like Organo Gold Coffee when Im on the run. http://www.organoexpress.com

    Answer is easy:
Thanks to Acetylmethylcarbinol your coffee has full, buttery flavor and because of Quinic Acid coffee taste a little sour. Than you have Caffeine (improve your physical and mental performance), a bit of Dicaffeoylquinic Acid (antioxidant), Vitamin B3 (Niacin) and Ethylphenol.

And than, there is nice smell of fresh coffee. According to a NBC New York, a study has shown that New York women are attracted to the smell of coffee.

And not only New York women...

I think that coffee and chocolate go together so well because the coffee if it is straight or black gives more of a bitter taste. Then you add the taste of a milk chocolate which is sweet it enhances the flavors in the coffee. This is not scientific it is just my take on the subject.
