Sardines are super healthy for you as they are high in protein and loaded with the good Omega-3 fats that help reduce inflammation. I'd like to eat more but whenever I eat a can of these, the taste kinda sticks with me for the rest of the day. Is there something I can eat to eliminate this fishy aftertaste?

Unfortunately, the fish seemed to hang in my gut and would "repeat" on me for hours afterward. I eat hot peppers all the time and they don't have this type of long-lasting effect.
