Haagen Dazs Dark Chocolate peanut butter. If we're talking homemade, I love to make horchata ice cream with butter caramel sauce. It's the best!

If I can't get that, I'd go for maple vanilla.
If not that, then anything chocolate!
Strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla. I like the classics, although I do have a weakness for cookies n cream from Bluebell.
my all time favorite is Bryer's vanilla chocolate chip, but I've just tried red velvet cake icecream (ben & jerry's or hagendaas (sp)...not sure which) but omg, delicious!

My great uncle, an importer of vanilla in Philadelphia, convinced Bryers to put their distinctive vanilla bean flecks in their ice cream. It's my family's one claim to fame.
