Do you or your loved ones have any food allergies?

Have you (or they) been diagnosed or not and at what age did your (or their) symptoms appear?

I have an allergy to avocados. It's undiagnosed, but both times I tried to eat them I got that scratchy, tingly feeling all over my mouth (plus some alarming discomfort later in the night). It's probably not a severe allergy, but I just don't chance it anymore. I'm not sure when it manifested, since I didn't have avocados until I was in my early 20s, but my allergy to cats didn't show up until I was roughly 13. (Not sure if that's an equivalent). I also have some intolerance to certain raw foods like broccoli and mushrooms. If they're cooked I'm fine, but when eaten raw I feel like I'm dying.

Unfortunately, allergies can appear at any age and an extremely small number of allergies resolve on their own. It's a good thing that you have been able to identify and avoid your triggers, many people are unaware and suffer for years.

My body is small and sometimes big . Only for a couple days. My ideal foods are the  fruits and vegetables, chicken and beef. I love turkey's sausage.

It can be very frustrating to go through it and even when you are diligent there is often a chance some foods can be contaminated. Stay vigilant and best wishes to you.

Thanl you. Definitely,  I am always on food guard. Sometimes. I loose my vigilance.  And I get cut out of mind alert. After the food is inside I remember what I go through.  Always, I drink a lot of water to clear down. What ever I eat.v
