I am an absolute novice I just marinated the meat and put it in the oven at 200 + I believe....It was completely dehydrated. Thanks Terrie!
Hi , I realized I missed that I use an old fashioned roasting pan . Start the meat at 375 . I like to add potatoe and carrots with a little onion . It adds more flavour . I also put about a cup of water in the bottom . The steam helps keep it moist.
