There are many great things about coffee. For one, and I'm not trying to make jokes, but coffee can help a person keep the bowel movements regular. Hey, that's no small thing. And it is so convenient when one can take care of that bit of business on a schedule. Nobody likes to have to go do a bowel movement in a surprise situation or in a strange place.
Secondly, and I've only heard this recently, there is some evidence that drinking coffee helps to fight off various and sundry forms of dementia. Caffeine, being a stimulant, also stimulates the brain a bit. That's a good thing, and especially for our older loved ones who we do not wish to see lose their memories.
There are many many more reasons why coffee is good for the health. I was merely offering the two things I thought of near instantly.
Thank u Wesman Todd Show. I have got some points valuable from your answer..bowel movements regular and fight off sundry forms of dementia.

I once heard a quote, which I really like."You can lead an atheist to the truth, but you can't make him/her believe".Christianity has always been a matter of the heart, and not the intellect, though, falsely ascribed, being devoid of it. To qualify that statement, one can have an...
