You said quick and easy, you didn't say good:
1 can sardines ( I prefer in Olive Oil )
1 box crackers ( I prefer Matzos, onion-poppy seed)
1 bottle mustard ( I prefer french poupon style )
1 bottle olives ( I prefer green with pimentos )
Open sardines, fork them onto pieces of cracker, apply a little mustard, top with an olive, EAT.
Repeat until all sardines are gone. Very quick and easy.
