I love to cook and it has been brought to my attention that many hubbers share my passion. We all need to eat, so why would we deprive others of substantial and great tasting food?

This is my version of a  traditional Puerto Rican dish (typically made with ground beef). http://islandbites.hubpages.com/hub/Isl … -Casserole

I made it with chicken. Both ways is delicious.

I had to share my newest and one of the most interesting recipes that I cooked in my kitchen today. I was very skeptical of this creation but they turned out to be amazing. Not only are they healthy, but they taste like actual pancakes! I hope you all enjoy!
Now, start posting your most interesting creations, so that we can try yours too!

The pancakes look good. Really interesting recipe. These are my banana & walnuts pancakes.

I have to try those pancakes sometime soon! I am a pancake addict, I have made over 10+ versions of the pancake in my house. All recipes are different ingredients, and let's just say only half were pancake status haha. The oatmeal cottage cheese pancakes are for sure pancake status (they tasted the same and even my toddler gobbled them up quick). Thanks for sharing. I pinned your recipe for later smile

Haha, me too. One of the best I made are carrot pancakes, they taste like carrot cake. I've made oatmeal pancakes before, but the cottage cheese idea is really interesting. I will try it soon.
