So, Share Your Bad Thanksgiving Food Experiences from the past and present
Yes, all around the nation, while enjoying your family it will happen. What is it? Someone will cook food for Thanksgiving and everyone knows they are not a good cook or the dish is terrible. So in the spirit of fun I wonder:
1.What dishes do you avoid from certain family members?
2.Are there any nightmares dishes that you left on your plate in an attempt to continue talking until you make the excuse that you are too full to eat that dish?
3.Are there any foods that are served that baffle your mind as to why someone continues to make the same dish every year?
Yes, we love the people who prepared the dish, but the question still remains:
What can you do without on your plate?
“Maybe the cat has fallen into the stew, or the lettuce has frozen, or the cake has collapsed. Eh bien, tant pis. Usually one's cooking is better than one thinks it is. And if the food is truly vile, then the cook must simply grit her teeth and bear it with a smile, and learn from her mistakes.”

Their early teachings cultivated a love of food and...
