What kind of food is interesting to read about?
Is it better to write about the social connotations or the nutritional value?
I recently read a hub by Chef Mac about living alone on rice and beans and then returning home to Mom's house with home-cooked chicken.
I'm sure the contrast between the chef's cooking and his mother's had many interesting elements. I have a friend whose son is a chef, too. Their stories are great!
