how to make sorbet or sherbert without an ice cream maker
You can buy bags of frozen fruit (or freeze your own fresh fruit) that are in the freezer section of grocery store.
Blend them in a blender with a little bit of water or milk. Add a little honey or natural sweetener if you like it sweeter. Also, you can add a little lemon juice or orange juice to get a more tangy taste.
Frozen strawberries are good for this.
It easy to make without an ice cream maker but requires more effort. You need the perfect blend of fruit + sugar + milk to get the right consistency and scoopability.
