I tried the acai berries for over 6 months and did not notice any health benefits.
Supposedly, they're a good source of antioxidants....just like every other fruit and veggie out there...
The Acai berry is loaded with antioxidants. It's also rich in dietary fiber, and can also lower cholestrol in the blood. Plus, they say it's an anti aging super food. It seems like an all around really healthy fruit!
