    Are goji berries really that good for health?

    There are many reports and notices of the benefits of goji berries.Which ones are really true?Are goji berries the superfoods with potent antioxidants and other health benefits from therapeutic health like digestion issues to serious health ailments like diabetes.Are goji berries just a hype?

    Goji berries are nutritionally rich, containing beta-carotene, Vitamins C, B1, B2 and other vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids. Companies marketing the berries also claim the berries contain such nutrients as isoleucine, tryptophan, zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, phosphorus, B6, and vitamin E.

    Goji berries  are beneficial fruit for health.You can remove unwanted  fat from your body and get a fit and fine health.

    To be Honest... You can get more nutritian from potatoes and even though you can distill goji berries to make alcohol... You can make a better drink with spuds as well.  Just a hype... from the growers.

    Last I heard they're just like having strawberries in your diet.  They're good for you but you should not expect any kind of miracles.
