What do you think about organic food, the low carbohydrate diet, and the no-carbs craze?
there is no proof that organic food is nutritionaly better for you than non organic; however, it is not polluted with agricultural chemicals, and livestock lead more dignified lives, so I tend to buy it.
The other two are faddy diets, I stay away from faddy diets.
