Nuts (hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts are especially low in carbohydrates, and those they have are complex rather than simple), dried fruits, crudite (carrot, celery, cucumber, summer squash, dip if you want), charcuterie (cured ham, dry sausages, etc.), fresh fruits, low carb crisp breads and crackers. The list is a long one.
my favorite is the tuna salad on crackers. It's healthy and yummy.
