How many pure Veg restaurants do you have in your city?

Many vegetarians and vegans prefer going to only a pure veg restaurant for various reasons. With world becoming a smaller place pure veg restaurants or eateries are hard to find. How many pure veg restaurants do you have in your city.. a comparison between pure veg and nonveg number will be better

Actually, I have one just around the corner from my house. It's pretty well known in the city. I'm not a vegetarian but the food is delicious! Not sure how many there are in total though...

I don't know of a single pure Veg restaurant in my city. I am not a vegetarian neither do any of my family. So it is not a problem for me.

None at all smile. But then, I live in a town of 15,000 in the middle of cattle country...there are some restaurants making an effort to get vegetarian dishes and vegan-friendly dishes on their menu, but I suspect any place that did only that would live through the tourist season then die a sudden death.

Many is the count...people moving towards vegetarianism is the fad these days...so you have one or two new restaurants cropping up every month...

Zero here. But the thing is, being vegetarian is also about accepting that others are not vegetarian. While it would be lovely for everyone to have access to 100% veg food, in most parts of the world this isn't possible (I'm in rural Mexico). When I was vegetarian, I ate what I was served even though I knew it may have been cooked next to a chicken breast or slab of beef. Simply by requesting the vegetarian option, I was propagating the idea that one doesn't need a meat-diet to survive. That was enough for me.

4 pure vegan restaurants here... as for vegetarian, there's a lot, I haven't tried to count them. I guess between 20 and 100.
