For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the 'BEST' brand of coffee, I will tell you how it is harvested though. The beans are eaten by an animal, then harvesters go through the excrement and pick out the undigested beans, then they are roasted and sold to be ground at a later date.
Apparently the acids in the animals body breaks down the bean and creates quite a tasty coffee. It runs (if I'm not mistaken) around $35 per pound. Someday I would like to try a cup!
Other than that it's Folger's for me. "The best part of waking up is Folger's in your cup!" Yep.
Peet's Coffee & Tea is the best in my book. But then again, I'm biased because I worked for the company in 2 different locations for a cumulative time of about 2 years.
I heard that Kopi Luwak is the best coffee.
It made from the bean which have been eaten by animal named Luwak.
The best brand of coffee is Kona because it is regionally grown and is rich in flavor, and aroma. Shipped direct from Kona, Hawaii, grown on Hualalai and Mauna Loa.
