Is it ok to serve a lobster tail without drawn butter

    What's drawn butter, never heard of it?  From my point of view, I like just plain lobster with a grind of rainbow pepper.

    Absolutely much healthier that way anyhow,but since you are asking this in reference to a wedding setting then a different story all together. A great host will always offer up every variant possible to please the majority if they want to appear gracious for the company. Not the time or the place to force your nutrition beliefs on others.

    Was served that way at a wedding rehearsal buffet on Block Island, RI and someone complained.  Many other foods served as well........

    Most definitely. I am from Australia and I never had butter with Lobster until I came to North America. I much prefer it without.
