Does anyone know a recipe that would have canned coconut milk in it?
Chicken curry, cook the chicken with the curry and then when it is slightly tender put the curry powder, put some potatoes and carrots and put them at different times.
Try the coconut pumpkin soup from Jamie Oliver. I had it just last Saturday and it was super yummy.

Yes.. ... But you have to strain the can to get rid of the coconut and its husk first!
