I love, love my veggie chicken taco.  Very easy and quick to make. One Morningstar chicken griller only takes five minutes to cook, or put on the grill, can even pop in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Lightly brown your flour taco shell, or you can use a whole wheat shell for a healthier choice.  I love to put fresh spinach on top (helps with daily fiber intake) sprinkle a little shredded cheese, and tomato top off with Ranch dressing or Blue cheese. It is so delicious!!

Homemade pizza, meatloaf, salmon loaf.  Surprisingly, they can be made in minutes if you have the ingredients on hand and know how to prepare them.

Also love baked flautas and baked egg rolls for 'theme' meals such as Mexican or Asian dinners - these things are also quick and easy and have less fat and calories.

    Tomato and egg omelette.
It is very easy to make, take 2 eggs, one tomato, now cut tomato in small pieces and add beaten eggs, add little turmeric, and little spice and salt as per your taste. Now mixed it all and add little oil on non stick pan and make round shape and get it fried.

I love cheeseburgers with teriyaki sauce. When I'm trying to be healthy I like having the diet soup recipe I wrote a hub on. Its full of vegetables and low on calories and is usually a good meal the day after I binge on a cheeseburger smile

You said quick and easy, you didn't say good:

1 can sardines ( I prefer in Olive Oil )
    1 box crackers ( I prefer Matzos, onion-poppy seed)
1 bottle mustard ( I prefer french poupon style )
1 bottle olives ( I prefer green with pimentos )

Open sardines, fork them onto pieces of cracker, apply a little mustard, top with an olive, EAT.

Repeat until all sardines are gone.  Very quick and easy.
