At what temperature and for how long do you cook a 3 lb boneless, rolled turkey?
Turkey should be cooked about 375 degrees and a meat thermometer should read 175 to 180 when done. The rule is about 20 min/lb. It may cook faster without the bones.
Invest in an oven thermometer. They're cheap...about $10-15.
With something that small you may want to wrap it in foil and coat with olive oil before cooking.
