What are the chartacteristics of different types of sea salt?
I know one for sure:
It's all good.
They may differ in color and slightly in taste and may be in the combination/levels of the minerals contained.
I like French sea salt. It's has a very light grey color and it's delicious.

What types of salt do you use in your kitchen? I use kosher salt for most of my cooking and baking. I use various types of sea salt for seasoning stuff at the table. And I like the Real Salt brand sea salt for popcorn.
