What kinds of things do you guys like to cook and read about?
My husband loves to cook soups and grill on his grill. As for reading, he likes fishing/hunting magazines.
I like to cook a lot of southern food I call it old school cooking.
It depends on the man...my husband is a chef, and likes to cook everything from soups and stews, to Italian, Greek, French, Mexican, Cajun and everything else in between. He's not above throwing a few brats on the barbecue, either . He likes to read the news, non-fiction books (especially history), sci-fi and fantasy, cerebral mysteries, and so on. He is also not beyond reading some tear-jerking fiction, and I've seen him perusing a number of my marketing and business books as well.
Ethnic cusine and recipes - Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, anything with lots of spices.
