Why does your recipe for HAMburgers begin with !lb/500g of ground sirloin?Surely a BEEFburger.
I don't know whey they call them HAMburgers instead of their real name. Americans are funny like that. Their gallon is smaller than a real gallon as well. Just ornery I guess.
Hamburgers (made with beef pate) - if I'm not mistaken - got their name from a character in the old 'Popeye the Sailorman' cartoons.
