ewwwww it would probably be made out of day old chicken nugget meat. which I believe isn't chicken at all
From what I could find, McDonalds sold McDogs in the UK, but the item has been discontinued.
I have often wondered this myself. It would make sense to sell a hot dog because kids who do not like their nuggets and do not like hamburgers end up eating french fries only. There have been many times I have wished that they sold hot dogs.

I dont know what country you are in but KFC in england is just like fast food and to me, fast food is rubbish. Too much unhealthy overpowering sauces and the chicken is always coated in huge amounts of fat.Give me a plain barbecued chicken leg any day.
