   Gotta go with the normal cheese, ketchup, and mustard on each. But the occasional hot dog requires some chili and extra cheese on top.

   mayonnaise and guacamole on hamburgers with some pepper jack cheese and even bacon! oh and can't forget the jalapeños.
   
   on my hot dogs i like cheese (pepper jack), chili (spicy), and onions! or just plain ketchup and mustard.
   
   i like my food hot!

   Call me a purist, but I don't like ketchup on a hot dog or mustard on a hamburger. On a Hamburger I like Ketchup, pickles, onions, tomatoes and cheese. On a hot dog I like mustard and onions or mustard and sauerkraut or chili & cheese.

   I like just a little mustard on my hot dog.  For hamburgers, I will either have mayo or a combination of ketchup and mustard.

   Ok I always like a cheeseburger with ketchup mustard tomato and pickles.  Hotdog with ketchup and mustard.

    hot dog-- chili, mustard, and onions.  OR mustard, kraut, and dill relish.
    hamburger-- cheese, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle, mayo.  So it drips down my arm when I bite in!

    Whilst I was in Portugal a few years ago I bought a hotdog from a street vendor, the vendor added mayonnaise - so I thought OK then he sprinkled crisps (potato chips) over the mayo?? my first impressions were NOOO !! however I found it disturbingly nice (maybe due to the number of beers I had)  but I did not try it again.
    
    As for Hamburgers I like good old English mustard to give it a little extra bite.

    On hot dogs I love sauerkraut and on hamburgers I love lettuce tomatoes and onions (both grilled onions and some fresh onions).
