regular soda or diet? Diet soda has aspartame - bad ugly stuff. Regular soda sugar, refined carbs = bad for you
Beer has grains & good carbs, but is fermented so healthy in a sense but not really tolerated by everyone the same.
beer by a long shot. there are no health benefits to soda that i'm aware of but even doctors say a beer a day is good for your blood and your heart.
there is no a very absolute truth that everything is perfect. In order to have a good effect, you should do in certain degree. So, whether beer and soda are good for health, you should take in them in certain degree.
beer, drinking a small amount of beer everyday can benifit people's body to a great extent!
of course its beer but upto certain level. Don't take much else it will cause problems for your body.
