Should we eat to live or live to eat? Give reason.
Some enjoy eating without any restriction on the other hand some prefer to eat according to health condition. You fall in which group and why do you do so? Do you think you are right?
I think we should eat to live. Excessive eating only adds cholesterol and makes a person lazy. Although I used to live to eat now I have changed my strategy to eat to live losing some pounds surely helped a lot.
I think we should eat to live the best quality life possible. If we are healthy we can eat the foods we enjoy most, in moderation.
Eat, drink and be happy said Epicurus, the great Greek philosopher two thousand years ago. Should we live to eat or eat to live? The discussion can be long with equal numbers of answers. But I believe, we must live to eat and remember all those people who have nothing to eat.
