The best moment to eat fruit is during the breakfast since it gives you the right energy to spend in the day
I belive that eating fruits at anytime is the right time as long as you do eat them.
Some people believe you should eat fruit before a meal and some people say you should eat it after. I believe the reason for this is that fruit is digested quicker than some other foods.
I just think you should eat it when you want to, fruit is much healthier as a snack or as part of a meal than lots of other over processed foods.
