I can do without things, but I can't do without my family and friends )
I can not do without food and sleep. I know when I am tired and hungry I am not the best person to be around.
Food and sleep are really the only two things you absolutely can not do without in life. I can think of a lot of things I could do without, but that make life a little more worth living.
In terms of food?
Cheese! When I redid my whole lifestyle and took charge of my health, the one thing I kept was my Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. They'll be prying that out of my hands on the day I die.
So, folks: you CAN lose 75lbs AND have your cheese.
If i am away from my guitar for more than a day, i start digging my nails into my finger tips where the guitar strings would be, and get annoyed whenever I listen to a song i can play.
