This cake can be eat for after dinner dessert, snacks or warmed for breakfast. Recipe is below.
3 cups chopped apples
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. Cinnimon
3 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350* Pour sugar over apples. Let sit 20 minutes. Mix oil and eggs together. Mix with apples and sugar. Add vanilla and cinnimon. Stir in flour a cup at a time until all is mixed. Pour into a lightly greased and floured fluted pan. Bake 1 hour.
