If you're underage and you break a bottle of alcohol on accident to you have to pay for it?
Age has nothing to do with whether or not you have to pay for something that you break - that's going to be up to the store whether they require payment or are willing to write it off. (Although paying for it is always the right thing to do.) Age would only come into it if you were taking possession of the bottle, or to be more accurate, the contents of the bottle.
