If you want cheese cake to die for you should follow the recipe carefully. Never use anything low fat or fat free. Use only the highest quality best ingredients.
Cheesecake will almost always come out perfect each and ever time if the recipe is followed carefully. Also always make sure that your ingredients are at room temperature before you put your cheese cake together.
Keep in mind that the slower that you bake cheesecake the less chance are that you will have any kind of shrinkage.
Remember that the oven should never be opened for the first 25 to 30 minutes that the cheese cake is in the oven or you may cause your cheese cake to develop cracks or to fall altogether.
Keep the humidity up in the oven by placing a pan of water on the bottom rack of your oven and your cheese cake on the upper rack.
Another thing you want to do is to always use the size pan recommended for your cheese cake.
I just love blueberries served on top of my cheese cake. They are so delicious.
i also like to make simple cheese cakes when black berries are in season and serve blackberries on top of my cheesecakes. Cherry Pie Filling is also wonderful on Cheese Cake.
