I am going to make Raspberry Cheesecake plus perhaps two pies.  I am not going to make as many as I did for Thanksgiving; we had too much left over.  For Thanksgiving, I made Pumpkin Cheesecake, two pumpkin pies, and two pecan pies.  Your cake picture is charming!

I will definitely make a fruit cake following my old Mum's recipe (hubbed!) and to turn it into a Christmas cake I'll add a thick layer of marzipan and icing. Plus, as a special treat for Santa, I'll splash some brandy over the top for medicinal purposes only!
Then I'll sit down with a proper cuppa tea, some family and friends and slowly munch my way through a hefty slice! Cheers.

None.  I'm too tired; too stressed with my husband's health issues.  Any baking will be done by my daughter at her house!

I will probably make a variety of gingerbread cake! I love gingerbread so much!
Also, my boyfriends birthday is right before Christmas and he loves Red Velvet cake, so I will be making one of those too. Even though it's a birthday cake, it is red, so still very appropriate for the holiday season:)

I will just be making one yellow or red velvet cake, if that. I typically don't cook/bake a lot of food just because it happens to be a holiday. I'm very careful about what I cook or eat. But, my beau's family will probably be making at least a dozen just between his mom and one cousin (NOT kidding). They could feed the army in a snap on any given holiday smile
