What are your best recipes for sustainable fish and seafood in your part of the world?
All around the world, popular eating species of fish and seafood are becoming increasingly endangered. This means that a change in eating habits is widely required if fish for the table is to be available for future generations. What knowledge, tips and recipes do you have to share from your state, country or geographical area?
In United States and we love Tilapia. Best fish I have had. Tender, juicy, and not fishy tasting. No bones either. I was taught to just batter them up in milk and egg and smother in flour, and salt to taste and cook em up. Best tasting fish (when my kid eats it, and he hates fish), it must be good. I am not a fish lover either, but having to eat easier lighter things due to health reasons, I find it easy to digest. However; I don't fry mine, but the boys love it that way.
