An easy one-pot meal, Spam fried rice is delicious for the whole family. Don't be scared of this canned meat, the saltiness, or the flavor - it's great in this recipe! read more

The crock pot is awesome for making all kinds of one-pot meals. One of my favorites is a beef stew...there are plenty of recipes online. Another favorite is chili, either with meat or just beans and veggies...throw it all in first thing in the morning and let it go for the day...yummy! and great for leftovers too.

Definitely Sausage Casserole, prepare the same way as you would do a traditional stew but add tinned tomatoes and tinned baked beans. Mmmm delicious and quick.

Gosh, there are so many! I'd have to say my fave is Frogmore stew, also known as "Lowcountry boil." In a big pot, you cook potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, and shrimp together, along with lots of spices. I think I have a hub about it that includes the precise recipe. Red beans, sausage, and rice is another one-pot winner!
