Pomegranate juice? Alkaline Juice! Lemony Apple Juice? Which one do you want?
What I am really looking for is vegetable recipes without onion or peppers. Do you have any of those?
I really think these recipes will help you plus they are healthy and great tasting to me so when you have time try them and enjoy.
Kale mixed with apple and berries. (High in vitamin A, C, K, calcium and antioxidants). Taste really good too.
) Carrot with cantaloupe. (Rich in beta carotene, Vitamins A, B6 and C, and potassium).
7 to 8 carrots
5 apples including peels (preferably organic)
half a thumb size ginger
optional: 1 cucumber--makes it juicer
You can also check out the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It's about an Aussie who takes a break and travels the US on a juice only diet to cleanse himself.
The last one that I just made was 7 carrots, 1 orange, handful of kale and a cucumber. I also made this and added an apple which tasted really good too.
We make homemade V8 Fusion too:
2 Celery stalks
handful of kale
heaping handful of strawberries
1 Apple or Double Strawberries
And cucumber and watermelon is always a favorite as well.
