What recipes have you "copycatted" at home?

Did you have much success?  Where did you get the recipe?
I've tried the McDonalds hamburger , Wendy's frosty and Famous Dave's coleslaw, and they all turned out really similar to the restaurant.  I used different secret recipe books.  I also tried to copy Doubletree's warm chocolate chip cookie, using an online recipe, that didn't work as well.

I tasted lavender shortbread at a Lavender farm and decided to make my own. I was very pleased with the result and wrote a Hub about it: http://athlyngreen.hubpages.com/hub/Lav … h-Lavender

I made an easy version of Qdoba's Mexican Gumbo by serving progresso soup (I believe it was the Southwest Vegetable) over rice.  I then served it with fajita strips, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream etc. on the side so people could fix it themselves teh way they wanted.  Because I use vegetable soup and make meat available on the side, it is great for a mixed crowd of vegetarians and non-veggies.

The Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden. It was absolutely wonderful.
