Can you provide a healthy and delicious recipe that doesn't require any cooking?

    There are some kinds of food that do not require cooking process. Asian cuisine like  sashimi are made of raw ingredients. Here in the Philippines we have "Kinilaw" or "Kilawin" that we does not undergo cooking process.

    There are desserts that are no cook. Those are the refrigerated desserts made of soda crackers.

    2 cans of Eagle brand mixed with 2 quarts of milk, 4 raw eggs beaten in, Vanilla extract to taste. Place in your ice cream maker.

    Corn salad. (not really a salad)
     
    2 or 3 Cans of whole kernel corn, drained,
    1 sm. yellow onion chopped (or sweet onion if you can get it)
    2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
    Miracle whip to taste.
    1 bag of Fritos - Chili Cheese flavor crushed and added right before serving.

    Drain corn, add chopped onion-more or less to taste, add cheese and mix it all well.  Add miracle whip, until the entire mixture is VERY moist as the chips will soak up some.

    Right before serving crush up the chili cheese Fritos then mix them in.

    I know this sounds bizarre but it is delicious.

    there are alot of healty recipe that you can make, but i want you to try the sandwich i made i called it bangus sandwich i dont know if you already try that but if you are interested just check out my page for the recipe smile

    i would say smoothies - it's not really food but it is very quick and easy to make AND it is nutritious... good for breakfast and/or snack; yogurt smoothies, fruit smoothies, vegetable smoothies, whatever you want - just google smoothies recipes and you'll get tons of them wink
