    Salt,,ketchup and ranch dressing.
These are the thing that my grand kids use on everything, from french fries to hamburgers.from steaks to sandwiches. These go on everything every day. I buy two giant bottles of ketchup every week and four ranches just to say ahead of them. Well the salt is mostly me but i am trying to cut back since being diagnosed with high blood pressure.

Garlic, Ginger, Onions, and cayenne. I don't think I could cook a meal I'd be happy with without one of these!

In Indian Cooking, for most of the gravies we make I use Cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder and coriander leaf, Whole Red chillies in onion and tomato gravy.
I use cumin for the aroma, turmeric powder for it is very beneficial, coriander leaves for the color and taste, Coriander Powder for adding the typical Indian gravy taste and Red Whole chillies for the aroma and flavor smile

I like thicker gravies so use Onion and Tomato gravy.

Every morning I make a fruit smoothie of mangoes, papaya, bananas and raw oatmeal. I also use a lot of olive oil, honey and chocolate...although not together!
