Which vegetables go well together? What dishes can they be incorporated into?
Please give some examples of vegetable combinations that are good and nutritionally balanced. (I read that some vegetables should not be eaten together because they don't mix well.) Recipes for low-calorie, easy and delicious recipes incorporating these vegetable combinations would also be highly appreciated.
Most root veggies combine well. They go great as a carb sub with chicken or fish; and leftovers can be scrambled up with eggs.
Peas and carrots go together like pb and J. Try some carmelized onion in there, too.
