What food or foods are you eating that you never use to eat or liked.
Brussel Sprouts, and carrots. I learned how to cook them so they taste good.
Sushi. I never thought I'd see the day that I would eat sushi, but it's actually quite good if the fish is cooked or smoked. Raw fish -- still not there yet.
Also Kale and Spinach, and unfortunately I seem to be eating more sweets than I used to, but trying to cut back.
Vegetables..... Growing up I hated them, but now I like all kinds. I guess your taste buds changes with age!
Cheese, Semolina, Spinach, Eggplants and Mushrooms! Hated the whole lot of them but not anymore. I can scarcely believe that these days, I have sudden cravings for cheese and spinach-n-cheese pies!
I think it's all about finding the right recipe or having those variable taste buds develop.
