Brussel  Sprouts, and carrots.  I learned how to cook them so they taste good.

Thanks for your comment Leroyworld. Try roasting them on a cookie sheet together in the oven, with olive oil sprinkled on top. Delicious.Cook until tender.

Sushi.  I never thought I'd see the day that I would eat sushi, but it's actually quite good if the fish is cooked or smoked.  Raw fish -- still not there yet.

Also Kale and Spinach, and unfortunately I seem to be eating more sweets than I used to, but trying to cut back.

Great, sushi I do eat it raw but it has to be from a reliable source or I won't buy it but I love smoked fish. I use to smoke it myself. Thanks for your comment Efficient Admin.I am also learning different ways to eat spinach.

Cheese, Semolina, Spinach, Eggplants and Mushrooms! Hated the whole lot of them but not anymore. I can scarcely believe that these days, I have sudden cravings for cheese and spinach-n-cheese pies!
I think it's all about finding the right recipe or having those variable taste buds develop.
