What is the importance of Rice(starch food) in our life? Keralites always having Rice, is it good?
Rise is a good food.which gives more energy.but we should limit the quantity.because it will digest easily and will store in our body .It will give a fatty body structure to us.because the excess starch which we consume,it will convert in to fat.it will store in our abdomen.it will give bulky shape to our abdomen. so try to avoid rise for dinner .it can have for lunch that also in limited quantity. as a conclusion, limited amount of rise consumption good for health.
