Would you like to have only fruits for a day?
is it appetizing, healthy and economical?
It is believed in Indian mythology that having only fruits for a day detoxify our body and makes us feel good.
I love fruit, but one day I decided to detox with fruit juices and even I got tired of it! I had to vary the flavors by juicing veggies as well. I guess it was too much sugar for me.
there is a book called 'Fruit Flush' by 'Jay Robb' as the name suggest the book describe fruits' diet as a flush for our digestive system.Three day diet only including fruits and nothing else will flush out every toxic layers created with junk foods and processed foods, water and fibers in fruit will help flush out toxic wastes after nutrients in fruit dissolve toxic build up.
“During the 3-Day Fruit Flush, your system is relieved of the digestive burden of eating other foods and can clean out its system while burning fat because fruit is nature’s perfect cleansing food," says personal trainer and certified clinical nutritionist Jay Robb.
