How to know the oil is hot enough and good to start frying?
I always drop a little piece of potato in the oil. When it's good and hot and ready to fry, little bubbles will come up all around the potato. That's just what I do. Hope this helps.
Drop in a small cube of bread. It should brown up within a couple of seconds.
Found out another tips also.. placing wooden spoon in oil. If there is bubble around the wooden spoon, it means the oil is hot enough to start frying. Try and let me know
