What Is A Simple And Easy Guacamole Recipe?
What is a simple and easy guacamole recipe? Or, what is your best or favorite guacamole recipe?
2 or 3 avocados, mashed
1 small finely chopped onion
dash of salt and pepper
juice of half a lime
a dash of Wizard's Vegan Worcestershire sauce
a dash of cumin powder and garlic powder
1 finely chopped ripe tomato
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
a heaping tablespoon of sour cream
juice of half an orange
I just wrote a hub on this subject a week ago. I like chunky guacamole, so I cube the avocado and fold it gently into the chopped tomatoes, onion and cilantro. I really feel that Key limes are the secret to success. The juice is more acidic and not only adds a nice zing, but keeps the avocado from going brown quickly. Enjoy!

How do I cook with Garlic and get a lot of garlic flavor?I cook with garlic a lot however I never get the strong garlic flavor I am looking for. I have tried using more and with out going over board I can not get my desired flavor. What is the best method of cooking garlic for the most flavor?

It is Zuchini season. What do you do with your zuchini's?I have cut them in raw strips then dipped them into ranch dressing or loaded the big ones with a ground meat mixture with tomato sauce, rice and baked them in the oven. I am looking for new ways to use up zuchini. What do you do with Zuchini?
