    I have a friend who cooks large batch of soups and freeze them for a week. Anytime he wishes to make it as side, he simply heats them up and add his choice of greens and veggies. Sauteed ground beef/pork is my idea, making it easier to prepare fried rice, stir-fried veggies and omelets. Stews are wonderful, as well. So long as these recipes don't include greens that turns mushy when frozen, I get delicious hot dishes with crunchy greens and veggies, every time. You're making me hungry, Amy LOL :smile
